ISO Certification Process

CoreQuality CB - Achieving ISO Certification

At CoreQuality CB, we understand the growing market demand for ISO certification and the benefits it brings to businesses. Our aim is to provide a smooth and hassle-free certification process for organizations. Here is how we can help you achieve ISO certification:

Choosing an ISO certification type

The first step towards achieving certification is to determine which ISO standard is most suitable for your management system. Some common standards include ISO 9001 for Quality Management System, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management System, ISO 27001 for Information security Management system, ISO 22000 for Food Safety Management system, and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Select a body for ISO certification

Once you have implemented the ISO standard for your management system, you must select a certification body to conduct the audit and certify your management system. As a NiNAS, IAF and AFRAC-accredited certification body, CoreQuality CB Certifications is fast becoming recognized for its vast pool of expert auditors who analyze your documents comprehensively and award you with the required certificate.

Getting the procedure going

  1. Fill out the application form – To begin the certification process, you must fill out an application form that requires details about your company and certification requirements.
  2. Examining the application – The operation team reviews the details provided by you in the application form and assigns the best auditor to conduct the certification audit.
  3. Audit for initial certification – First certification audit is divided into two stages:
  4. Document review at stage one – At this stage, the reviewers from the certification body verify whether the documents meet the requirements of ISO certification or not. This is done to check the preparedness for the stage 2 audit.
  5. Primary audit for Second stage – Here, the consistency between your documentation and the prerequisites of ISO certification is verified. This is done by thorough investigation of reports, records and company practices.

Rounding up the procedure

6. Designing a corrective action plan – After the gaps are identified by the ISO auditor, you are required to prepare an action plan to close those gaps. You may be required to provide training to your employees for better adoption of the standard’s requirements.

7. Completing the ISO Certification – Once all the non-conformities are closed and all the findings are noted down in the ISO audit report, the registrar awards you with the required ISO certificate.

8. Surveillance Audits – This is conducted at regular intervals to ensure that the requirements of ISO standards are followed at any point in time.

At CoreQuality CB, we strive to provide our clients with a hassle-free and smooth certification process to achieve ISO certification.
